Join the folks at 208 for our first Meet The Winemaker event. We will be hosting Eric Flanagan of Flanagan Wines, one of the rising stars of the Sonoma wine scene.

Flanagan Wines was born out of Eric and his family's love for wine. After visiting wine growing regions around the world from New Zealand to Greece, Eric was fascinated by how the same grape variety produced different wines in different locations. This led to an interest in great vineyard sites and a focus on the soils and the climate that made each unique. In 1999 Eric and his family chose to act on this interest by purchasing 40 acres on the heights of Bennett Mountain and planting their first vineyard. They now produce wines from several of the most highly regarded vineyard sites in Sonoma County. Flanagan Wines is becoming known for making great wines from the best vineyards in Sonoma County.

This event will feature 5 curated wines from the Flanagan collection along with pairing bites designed to accentuate the nuances of top-end Sonoma County wines. Food will be provided by River Street's newest Irish pub, John McGraws.

You will have a chance to hear from Eric directly about the specific vineyards they use and what sets them apart.

Advanced ticket purchase is required and will be very limited to keep the gathering relaxed and informal. Cost is $100 per person or $180 per couple.
