Coastal Heritage Society (CHS) will host our annual Savannah Santa Train event from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, December 7 at two of CHS’s six properties, Georgia State Railroad Museum and Savannah Children's Museum, located at 655 Louisville Road in Savannah.

Savannah Santa Train is Savannah’s favorite family holiday event with festive activities and entertainment, including a holiday-themed train ride experience, Toy Soldier Training, model trains with Coastal Rail Buffs, holiday crafts, and more.

Admission for this event is $17 for CHS members and $20 for nonmembers.

Festive activities and entertainment include live demonstrations by Lowcountry Turners artfully hand-crafting spinning tops available for purchase, Christmas tree activities with Savannah Tree Foundation, Toy Soldier Training, and decorate a holiday card to send to families at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Lowcountry. Santa Claus will visit with all the children and hear their Christmas wishes.

Several food vendors will be available during the event.
