Coastal Heritage Society will host Dr. Greg Brooking at Savannah History Museum museum for an America 250 Lecture.

Take a deep dive on Sir James Wright, Georgia, and the beginning of the American Revolution.

This event is FREE and open to the public.

About the lecturer:

Brooking received his PhD in History from Georgia State University and is the author of “From Empire to Revolution: Sir James Wright and the Price of Loyalty in Georgia.”

He has taught high school and college since 1994, joining the staff of Atlanta’s North Springs High Schools in 2015.
