The Savannah Wind Symphony Presents "America 250!"

  • Armstrong Fine Arts Auditorium University Drive Savannah, GA, 31419 United States (map)

Celebrate America with the Savannah Wind Symphony
America 250 is a patriotic celebration marking the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States, honoring the ideals, stories, and shared experiences that have shaped the nation across generations. Through powerful and familiar music, this concert reflects on where we began, how far we have come, and the enduring spirit that continues to define America.

The program will feature a broad range of American music, from stirring patriotic favorites to reflective works that capture the diversity, resilience, and hope of the American story. Audiences can expect moments of grandeur, pride, and quiet remembrance, alongside music that celebrates community, service, and national identity.

Led by Artistic Director and Conductor John Madden, the Savannah Wind Symphony invites you to join us for this special summer concert as we commemorate a historic milestone. America 250 is an opportunity to come together, reflect, and celebrate through music that honors the past while looking confidently toward the future.
