Savannah Children’s Museum
Located on the west side of Savannah’s downtown, Savannah Children's Museum is the perfect place for families to explore and play! The museum space is entirely outdoors, built within the former Central of Georgia Railway repair facility and adjacent to Georgia State Railroad Museum. The museum features over a dozen carefully-designed exhibits including an exploration maze, a reading nook, a sensory garden, and a nature kitchen. Museum Educators lead participatory art and STEM programming daily for museum visitors and their families.
Hours of Operation:
Open Wednesday through Sunday from 9:00am to 2:00pm.
Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
