Savannah Theatre presents its first WORLD PREMIERE.
As part of the theatre's 20th Anniversary celebration, it is producing the first live performance of
a new American musical entitled "WE'LL MEET AGAIN". Inspired by the true story of a young
Jewish family who began to see the storm clouds of World War 2 gathering over Europe in the
1930's. They narrowly escaped the Holocaust and fled to America to live in a small, welcoming
town in Alabama. Their journey, filled with surprises at every turn, ultimately became a celebration
of life. The show is filled with stunning arrangements of familiar songs from the 1940s, including
"Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy", "I'll Be Seeing You", "The White Cliffs of Dover", "Hava Nagila",
"Jukebox Saturday Night", and "You're A Grand Old Flag".
The production runs from August 19 through 28 for eight performances only at
The Historic Savannah Theatre at 222 Bull Street.
