STARS & STRIPES JULY 4TH CELEBRATION

Join us with your family and friends for our July 4th “Stars & Stripes” Celebrations at Plant Riverside from Thursday July 4th through Sunday July 7th and create long lasting memories together. There is no shortage on things to do and enjoy during this holiday weekend from family-friendly lawn games during the day in MLK Park, live entertainment on multiple, family crafts and activities between Riverside Pavilions, as well as a variety of food offerings. You will be tempted with classic American fare such as smash burgers, hot dogs, corn dogs, and BBQ and some specialty drinks at our Riverwalk pavilions. Stars & Stripes deploys multiple stages with continuous entertainment throughout the day. Local bands and solo performers take turns showcasing their talents, including the Parris Island Marine Band. There are numerous activities to enjoy for our families, from participating in a shirt tie-dye station, caricature artist renderings, and family-friendly lawn games in MLK Park. As darkness falls, Savannah’s Waterfront will display a choreographed spectacle of light and sound, set to patriotic music and illuminating the Savannah River. Please join us in celebrating Independence Day at Plant Riverside District alongside the Savannah River.
