Join Sydney Lassen of Chatham Charcuterie for a guided 2-hour class on preparing dazzling and delectable charcuterie boards while sipping on some world class wines. The registration fee includes all food items washed, prepped and portioned plus the platter itself, which will be enough to create a charcuterie board that serves 2-3 people.
Sydney will also teach you how to shop for the necessary ingredients to create a delicious board and make it photo-worthy!
