The 43rd annual Savannah Jazz Festival will feature 17 free performances, as well as two ticketed shows sponsored by Roger Wood Foods, Lucas Theatre, and Rancho Alegre. The festival aims to provide world-class music for a diverse audience. The event will open with a Latin dance party, featuring Gino Castillo and Cuban Cowboys, followed by a blues night led by Robert Lee Coleman and Jimmy Hall. On Friday, Grammy-winning singer Nicole Zuraitis will perform with the South Carolina University Left Bank Big Band, and on Saturday, New Orleans jazz legend Doreen Ketchens will take the stage. Former New York Yankees player Bernie Williams will also make an appearance. Local performers include the Savannah Jazz Hall of Fame Band, Sapphire Bullets of Pure Love, and the Savannah Jazz Band
